Unless Im doing long texts, I do tend to roll my chair an inch or two to the left then :) So the mouse is a bit farther to the right than would be expected, but I don't find that uncomfortable, and the keyboard is mostly centerd and types well. What helps is that I still have the first gen trackpad (aluminium) which is a bit narrower than the gen 2 (white) one. The space between the space bar and the right CMD key seems just about centred on my body.
